One of the most critical unmet needs facing Delawareans with intellectual and developmental disabilities is quality housing that is affordable and safe. Hundreds of individuals will need a place to live over the next several years.
The Arc of Delaware has partnered with the State of Delaware in the development of a successful housing program which provides a quality, safe and stable home for Delawareans with disabilities in communities all across the state. The Arc develops and manages each property. Support services for the residents who live in these homes are provided by other private agencies under contract to the State of Delaware .
