Golf registration includes greens fee (18 holes), cart, range
balls, lunch, awards dinner, silent auction, gift package, and
many prizes (scoring, skills, hole-in-one, and top three teams).

We welcome back Charity Golf International and a
PGA long drive champion to join our event. Come and
enjoy the fun of watching 400 yard drives

Please note that the following precautions will be in place at the tournament to keep all participants safe. We will be recognizing Pennsylvania Governor Wolf’s orders as they relate to COVID- 19, including any updates we receive between now and August 3rd, 2020.
First, we are asking all registrants to self-identify if they are experiencing possible COVID-19 symptoms, on the day of the event, and ask that you not come, if you feel ill or believe that you have been exposed to the virus.
  • All participants will be asked to wear a face covering/mask whenever they are in or near the clubhouse, or unable to “social distance”. We will have extra masks (and disinfectants) available, if you don’t have your own.
  •  Hartefeld will provide outdoor tables pre-set to follow social distancing guidelines. These tables will be used for lunch and dinner.
  • You will be given a “Box Lunch” at the club house before the tee time of Noon. Please socially distance while eating.
  •  Dinner food and beverages will be delivered by wait staff, as buffet and walk up bars are not an option.
  • Each golfer will have their own golf cart (exception for spouses and family who wish to share a cart).
  • As long as you maintain social distancing on the golf course, we will not ask you to wear a mask. However, please use a mask anytime you can’t maintain a distance of 6 feet or more away from others.
  • While waiting in line at anytime, please maintain a space of 6 feet from those in front of you.
  • While bidding on silent auction items, we ask that you wear masks and maintain social distancing as much as possible.
