Established by the Delaware CarePlan Trust Act, Delaware CarePlan, Inc. is ready to assist parents and guardians in ensuring their family member with special needs can continue to lead a safe and meaningful life by developing a personalized care plan and establishing a special needs trust – without making him or her ineligible for crucial government benefits, like Medicaid and Supplemental Security Income.
